Are there minimum quantities?

Yes, the minimum quantity that can be purchased is 50 boxes, or 100 or 150 based on the product specifications. As the quantity increases, the single amount decreases.

Can I choose multiple different or assorted experiences?

Yes, it is necessary to place two or more different products in the cart to finalize a single order. The minimum quantities remain unchanged for each individual product and cannot be cumulated between different products. For customized orders contact us.

How do you personalize the box?

Immediately after placing your order you will be contacted by our team to define the customization details, send us the logo and the information to appear on the box and in the information booklet.

Can I choose a different box?

To be able to offer a defined cost, we have standardized a box and the expected printing finishes. If you have different needs, contact us for a personalized quote.

What does the booklet contain? Is it possible to customize it?

The booklet contains all the information necessary to use the service. It is possible to customize an introductory page by inserting a personalized phrase or image.

Can I send the boxes to multiple different addresses?

No, when ordering you can enter a single shipping address. The boxes will be delivered in a single package to the indicated address. We do not provide a diversified delivery service to recipients.

How to redeem the gift?

Whoever receives the GiftBox as a gift has one year (extendable to 2) to redeem the gift received. By following the instructions in the booklet, you access a page where you can choose the date.
